1. ACCEPTANCE. By purchasing pixels on The Million Dollar Solana Homepage ("the Site"), you ("Buyer") agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not purchase pixels.

2. PIXEL PURCHASES. Pixels are sold in blocks of minimum 10×10 (100 pixels). Payment is made in USDC on the Solana blockchain. All blockchain transactions are final and irreversible. The Site operator has no ability to reverse on-chain transactions.

3. CONTENT REVIEW. All pixel submissions (images, URLs, text labels) are subject to manual review and approval by the Site operator before appearing on the grid. The Site operator reserves the absolute right to approve or reject any submission for any reason, without obligation to provide an explanation.

4. PROHIBITED CONTENT. The following content is strictly prohibited and will be rejected:
• Illegal content of any kind in any jurisdiction
• Pornography, nudity, or sexually explicit material
• Violence, gore, or graphic disturbing content
• Hate speech, discrimination, or harassment
• Phishing, malware, scam, or fraudulent websites
• Copyright or trademark infringement
• Impersonation of any person or entity
• Content promoting illegal drugs or activities
• Any content deemed inappropriate at the sole discretion of the Site operator

5. NO REFUNDS. All payments are final. If your content is rejected during review, the USDC payment is NOT refunded. This is because blockchain transactions are irreversible by nature. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept this risk. You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with these Terms before purchasing.

6. CONTENT REMOVAL. The Site operator reserves the right to remove any previously approved content at any time, without notice, without refund, if it is found to violate these Terms or applicable law, or if a valid complaint or legal request is received.

7. REPORTING. Any visitor may report content they believe violates these Terms by right-clicking on the pixel block. Reports will be reviewed and appropriate action will be taken.

8. BUYER RESPONSIBILITY. The Buyer is solely responsible for the content they submit (images, URLs, text). The Buyer represents and warrants that they have the legal right to use all submitted content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

9. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER. The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The Site operator acts solely as a platform and is NOT responsible for:
• Content submitted by Buyers
• External websites linked from pixel blocks
• Changes to linked websites after approval
• Any damages arising from the use of the Site
• Blockchain network issues, delays, or failures
• Loss of funds due to user error or wallet issues

10. INDEMNIFICATION. The Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Site operator from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from the Buyer's content or use of the Site.

11. PIXEL DISPLAY. Pixels are intended to remain displayed for as long as the Site is operational. However, the Site operator makes no guarantee regarding the duration of the Site's operation or availability.

12. MODIFICATIONS. These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Purchases made before changes are governed by the Terms in effect at the time of purchase.

13. GOVERNING LAW. These Terms are governed by applicable international laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first.
